Has anybody actually bothered to see the film "the queen"?

personally i think it looks like one of the most boring films ever, weve already been through that experience once in 1997, why on earth make a film about it?


For those who have seen it, before you fell to sleep woke up and demanded your money back...was it any good?


did she deserve the oscar for it?


she really irritated me last night when she ended it with something like, to the queen.. expecting a standing ovation and an uproar.Nobody cares about the queen.

She did think she was the bomb. A lot of English people are cocky. I am going to rent The Queen when it comes out. No, I'll check it out of the library. My daughter works there so when it goes into circulation she'll make sure I get a copy.

Reply:It was an amazing movie. All the acrors were great and it showed us another side to the Dianna mystery that most of us didn't understand before.


The movie was important is showing us the the "Royal side ".

Reply:It was a very good movie. It told a story about the week of Princess Diana's death from a perspective I had never considered. Helen Mirren's performance was remarkable. I thought she was a lock to win the Oscar, which of course she did.
Reply:My grandparents saw it and they liked it. Enough said. I wasn't going to see it after that.
