Reply:I don't know where in Brooklyn or Queen you live, but if you want a great view, take your girlfriend to the Promenade in Brooklyn Heights. It's along the river, and the view is the Manhattan skyline. It's the same view you've probably seen a million times in movies or tv shows. They have tons of benches for you to sit on as well. I don't suggest taking a car, as there is no parking anywhere. It's better to take the train or bus there. Call the NY transit authority at 718-330-1234 any time between 6am and 10pm to find the best way to get there.
