Does the Heat loss last night prove they are better off without him?

It seems the Heat play better without Dwayne Wade in the lineup. Mayber they don't like the way this drama queen exaggerates his injuries. I think they are a better team without him as long as they still have Shaq. He is the real reason Dwayne and Kobe have rings.

Does the Heat loss last night prove they are better off without him?
AGREE.......
Reply:i think they are with wade is because he is coming from an injury
Reply:obviously not....

they are SO obviously not better off with one of their top 2 players on the bench.

If there's a chemistry issue...which i really don't see (seeing in part as they won the Championship last year) the other players in question should be riding the pine
Reply:i dont know...the heat are a good team anyway but it was

wade's first game back and he hasnt played for a month

when he is back to normal hell be scoring his 20-30 points a game
Reply:he was coming off of a dislocated shoulder....hes probably not 100% himself again. If you have watched ANY of dwayne wades games other than last night, you must know that he plays amazing and in the 4th quarter is ussaly when he finishes the game with loads of great shots allowing his team to win. They won the Championship last year.....Alone Dwayne Wade would not be great, but with Shaq and great shooters such as Jason Kapono who won the 3 point shootout this year at the All star game make a great combination that allows them to win games.
Reply:if they only had shaq last year and no wade they wouldn't off beat the mavericks in the finals.
Reply:hahaha...yeah...they lost to the bobcats...and the bobcats are pretty bad. anyway, wade just came back from a dislocated shoulder, so he may need sometime to warm up, get used to the game, etc. i think he and shaq working together would be better, but that's just me.
Reply:You're either really jumping to conclusions or you just felt like dumping on Wade because you're insecure about him being better than your favorite player.

When healthy, Dwyane Wade is a top 10 (and probably top five) talent in the NBA, no questions asked. Considering everything he's done for the franchise, including being the best and most important player on a championship team a year ago, there's no way they're better off without him on the court.

It's just one game. If he gets anywhere close to full strength in time for the playoffs, I think his performance will probably answer your question with a very firm "no."
Reply:no, because he is still their best player. This just proves that they played a harder team, wade was rusty, and the team isn't used to wade in the lineup yet
Reply:You tell it straight. Shaq is the common denominator in the Laker-Heat Championships.

I will disagree on your assessment of the Heat though. Roles are the most important thing in successful team hoops. When they are defined...the team will usually have success. Wade coming back altered those roles that the Heat were settling into. It can take a game or 2 ....or 3 for it to re-adjust. You take a step back in order to take 4 more forward. While he may arguably be a cry baby..(the wheelchair was a bit excessive)..the Heat are obviously better with Wade than without.
Reply:exaggerates his injuries?

HELLO! HE DISLOCATED HIS SHOULDER.

he SHOULD have has surgery, instead of waiting until the off season, and he exagerates his injuries?

especially compared to shaq, who doesn't get off his *** unless he absolutely HAS to?

are you dumb?!
Reply:For the time being yes, THey are like .700 with him and .550 for the entire season. He missed 6/12 free throws and shoots like 85% for the season.

After he gets the kinks out in the next few games, he will probably overall help the team. But they are playing their best basketball of the season without him. They have learned to play better without him. They will need to revert back to their old play style and ultimately, might be their demise in the first round of the playoffs.
